To Do
before friday:patch walls, sand and paint daughter's room
find new bedding to match
(hmmmm ... or vice versa)
make or buy curtains to match
move her ikea towers to her closet and install rods
mulch the garden before I end up weeding and edging again
Sew new chair pads for the deck
clean the house before Grandpa gets here friday
find something for the daughter to wear for Confirmation on Sunday
take some pics of the gorgeous crabapple tree before the blooms fall off
screw around on the computer and procrastinate about it alland probably something else I'm forgetting ...
any helpers?

I would suggest buying the new bedding first, buy an extra sheet and make the curtains with that. It would be easier to match paint to the bedding than vice versa. Good luck, it sounds like an awful lot to do to me!

And you're right, normally I would buy the bedding first, but she wants turquoise walls, so I think I'm just going to go with white bedding and some colorful throw pillows. Make my life easier. Heh. I don't have time to go hunting for the perfect bedding for the picky teen :)
And I'm thinking maybe just those light, wispy white curtains, y'know?
I'm picturing fresh and clean in my mind. We'll see how long she keeps it that way! ;)
